b. interior
then subtract b from a and get answer

solve for a.

subsitute
4/3 times 3.14 times 2.5^3

solve for b
radius is only on 1 side so
2.5-1/12=30/12-1/12=29/12=2.4166
subsitute
v=4/3 times 3.14 times 2.4166^3
4/3 times 3.14 times 14.114

b=59.0906
