to solve this first you need to find the other side of the rectangle, the length. 
to do this you need to divide the area by the given width because area = width x length
so the length is 400 000 which is 4x10 5pw (pw is power (those little numbers up there)
so now all you need to do is to add these together and times it by 2
2(4x10 5pw + 6.2 x 10 6pw) 

so its 2(6600000) so its 13200000 so its 1.32x10 7pw
