3. A customer and a sales person are arguing about a promotion and a coupon
applied after the promotional discount. The promotion is a 25% discount on
all items in the store. The coupon is an additional 20% off of the order. The
customer claims the 25% discount should be made before the 20% discount.
The sales person claims it does not matter which order to give the discounts.
