2. List all service activities, inside and outside of school, in which you have participated (this school year and/or last school year, that have benefitted the school and/or the community. (For Example: Student Council, Library Squad, Reading Buddies, etc.) *

3. List any honors, awards and/or recognitions that you have received, inside or outside of school, which support your bid to be selected for membership into the National Junior Honor Society.

4. Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Citizenship and Character are the five criteria of the National Junior Honor Society. Choose one (1) of the 5 criteria and discuss how it has impacted your experiences or how would it impact future experiences. Write 1 paragraph about either Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Citizenship or Character.

5. You can earn service credit by participating in our food drive. If you are a remote only student you can contribute food items - directions to follow. If you are in the building you may help organize the contributions. Please indicate below if you are remote or in person. Also, please indicate if you are interested in contributing food or helping to organize.
