Things may be tough and they're going to be tough for a while but like anything if you want it to be okay it's going to take time and if you work hard in that time I'm sure it's going to get better. I remember a point in my life that I was terrified that it was always going to feel horrible that I was always going to be sad and lonely all the time that no one would ever like me or want to be around me but it got better and I thought I was a lost cause but I got better which means that you can too. sometimes people need some help and therapy is always a good decision if you feel like there's something wrong or you need to talk to someone but if you're just going through the motions of the day the best thing you can do is believe in yourself and keep going. ​
