How do you do this step by step? Integrals Involving Trig Functions. Evaluate the indefinite integral:

Integral of -6(1+tan(t))^5 sec^2(t) dt

I believe you use u for substitution but can you lay this out for me step by step? This has an odd tan(t) exponent but the sec^2(t) has an even exponent.
