I wanna hang out with someone but they’re not my friend and I don’t know what to do

Just say that you want to get to know them better because you think their cool. if they like that idea then just ask them if they want to hang out. as someone who hasn’t gone to school in the past year and is going into high school, this is something i’ll be doing often this summer.
