The cone is filled with ice cream and topped with a hemisphere of ice cream. A cup is cylindrical, with a diameter of 3 inches and a height of 2 inches. The "scoop(s) in a cup" may be higher than the top of the cup but do not necessarily fill across it. "Cup filled to the top" perfectly fills the cylindrical cup but does not go any higher than the top of it.​
