Well imma dog.. so how am i suppose to know but,
Step-by-step explanation:
Brushing your hair is such a basic activity that you probably don’t even think about how to brush your hair the right way. You possibly often just pick up whatever hair brush you see lying around the house and run it through your hair absentmindedly. Sure, it gets the job done. But fixing your hair should not be the only thing you consider when choosing a brush, because the way you brush your hair has an impact on its health.
Brushing your hair wrong causes breakage, split ends, and dryness; and if you are not aware that an innocent brush can do all of that to your tresses, there’s a great chance that you also have no idea how to do it right. To make sure you brush your hair correctly next time, check out these tips and keep them in mind!
How to brush your hair the right way
1. Choose the right brush

There’s a reason hair brushes don’t all look the same. It’s because they don’t work the same way! Pay attention to the bristles and the gaps between them. If you are going to detangle your tresses, pick one with bristles that are soft and far apart from each other to keep your strands from getting caught in between them and to avoid damage and breakage.
2. Start from the bottom

Always start brushing the ends of your hair first, then work your way up. This allows you to deal with your tangles without the risk of pulling your follicles out of their roots.

3. Don’t brush your hair when it’s wet

Use a wide-tooth comb instead of a brush when detangling wet hair.
Hair is most fragile when wet and using a brush to detangle hair that’s fresh out of the shower can cause major breakage. Use a wide-tooth comb instead, and don’t yank! Be gentle and patiently pick out the stubborn knots with your comb. You can switch to a brush when it’s completely detangled and dry.
4. Or just use your fingers.

If you don’t have a wide-tooth comb, just use your fingers. Gently run them through your hair to get rid of tangles.
5. Always use a clean brush

Make sure you clean your tools, especially your brushes, at least once a week. They collect all the dirt, oil, stray hairs, and product build-up, and using it for weeks in a row without washing would put all those back into your scalp and hair. This could even cause itching and dandruff. To clean, remove any hair caught in the bristles, then run it under warm water. Soak in water with shampoo or dishwashing soap (to effectively remove oil) for a couple of hours and rinse thoroughly.
