10.KTY Ltd’s May 2021 payroll indicates that the company has the following staff complement: 15 Admin Staff

Each Admin staff employee is entitled to a monthly Basic salary of R18 760 while managers are entitled to a monthly gross salary of R31 200 each. Cleaning Staff employees are paid on an hourly basis at a rate of R90 per hour.

Each employee worked a total of 160 hours during the month May 2021. Five Admin Staff employees received a bonus of R8 300 each during the month of May 2021.

Employer contributes an amount that is equal to the employee’s contribution for pension and medical aid for all employees. No other employer contributions are made by the company.

Employee contributions are as follows: Pension 7,5% of the gross salary or wages;

Medical Aid 5% of the gross salary/ wages
PAYE is 18%
