A resistor is a device that has a designed resistance to the
passage of electric current. Resistors are said to be
connected in parallel if they share a common terminal for
each of their ends. If you have only two resistors in parallel,
total resistance R can be calculated as a function of the
two individual resistors a and b:

Rearrange the formula to find b.
