A glass blower is making a living selling glassware on Etsy. One day, out of the blue, she gets a rush order from one of her previous customers. The customer needs 100 vases made in 4 weeks for a wedding party. The glassblower recognizes this as a great opportunity to expand her business, but up until now, she's never had to handle such a large order, let alone in such a short time frame. The glassblower knows of two methods to make the vases in question: we'll call them A and B. The results are indistinguishable when the method is successful, but both methods carry a risk of defect which would render a vase unusable for the order. Method A is slower, but more likely to result in success. Specifically, she'll have time to make 110 vases using method A, or 125 using method B. Each vase made using method A has a 6% chance of being defective, while each vase made using method B has a 14% chance of being defective. The glass blower's only concern is having 100 non-defective vases ready before the four weeks are up. What is her probability of succeeding using each method, and which method should she use
