Fizza had 9 bags of rice. She sold 1/3 of them. Find number of bags left.

If Fizza sold 1/3 of 9 bags of rice only 6 bags would remain.

If you put 9 into three equal groups, it's three groups of three. Then you take aways one group (1/3) and you only have two groups of three (6).

Ibelieve the answer is c i worked it out three times but if my answer is wrong someone correct me
