You work for a telecommunications company and need to analyze the outcome of a proposed new cell tower project. Cell phone radio towers broadcast a cell phone signal in a circular pattern. Tower A: location- (Adele acres)
Coverage radius- 4 miles
Tower B: location - (Brown lake) located 5 miles east and 4 miles north of Adele Acres
Tower C: location- (Cady city) located 4 miles east and 4 miles south of Adele Acres

The equations for each tower is
Tower A: x^2+y^2=16
Tower B: (x-5)^2+(y-4)^2=9
Tower C: (X-4)^2+(y+4)^2=25

There is a new tower being placed at the center of Hilda Hills (8 miles west and 7 miles south of Adele Acres). What is the equation representing the coverage of the tower? Write it in both standard form and general form.
Also, will any of the 9 cities listed not be serviced by these 4 towers? (Cities are shown in the photo attached)

Need help asap!
