4/-35 that's the slope 
Now, use the point-slope formula with one of our points, (0,0)
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-0=4/-35(x-0) multiply by -35 to candle the fraction 
-35y=4(x-0) distribute
-35y=4x divide -35 0n both sides 
y= -4/35 x
