What is 25 x 39 in distributive property

The distributive property basically just says that if you were to have multiple numbers, say some in parentheses, then you need to distribute the number outside to all of them.
Example  2(3+6) = 6+12= 18
Since there are only two numbers to multiply, the answer is simply 25 x 39 = 975.

There is 240 red cars and there is 400 blue cars because 240/3=80 and 80*5=400
