Look at the graph:
what is the relationship between x and y?
y and x stay constant
y increases as x increases
y dcreases as x increases
y stays constant as x increases

For any value is x, the value of y stays constant . . . so the answer is "y stays constant as x increases" (note that y stays constant as x decreases also)

If you look at the graph, for any value of x, there is a constant y. The equation of the graphed line is y = 2.

The answer is y stays constant as x increases. y will remain 2 for any value of x.
