Part A: You have to divide 4 1/8 by 16
33/2 by 16/1 which is the same as 33/2 times 1/16 which is 33/32 or 1 1/32

Part B: You have to multiply 0.16 times 25 to see how many gallons it is after 25 seconds, it will give you an answer of 4 gallons after 25 seconds. Then, you multiply 4 times 4 to get 16 quartz and those 16 you multiply it by 2 to get the pints. So the correct answer is 32 pints.
