For the first one, the answer should be f(x) = x + 2 since the y-intercept of the line starts at 2 (the y-intercept is where the line touches the vertical line when the horizontal line it's 0, in this case it hits on 2)

For question number 4, the answer should be y because the value of y depends on the value of x.

Question number 5 gives you an equation of H(m) = 60 + 
H(m) being the height after m months
60 being his initial height.
m being the number of months.
being the amount of inches he grows per month.
So, H(m) to H(4) is the student's height after 4 months.

The table gives you the answer
It tells you to find the value of y when x is equal to -5
If you look at the table, when x is equal to -5, you can see that the y value or g(x)
 is equal to -2

For the graph, it's basically telling you to find the value of y when x is equals to -4
If you look at the graph, you can see that when x is equal to -4, the value of y is equals to -5.
So, the correct answer should be -5.

For the last graph, it's also telling you to find the value of y when x is -1
If you look at the graph, you can see the when the value of x is -4, the value of y corresponds to 5.
So the correct answer should be 5.

I’m not absolutely sure but i think it’s 7x6x5x4x3x2=5040 because as the first character you can take any of the 7 given then you are left with 5 then 6 then 4 etc.
