b. Just plug-in x-values provided into the equation given. For instance, 2(-2)+3 would equal -1, making y=-1. So you would graph the point (-2, -1). Once you graph all 3 points, you can connect them and draw a line.

c. The equations have a common solution if they intersect or share a point. So if both the lines you draw cross paths at (0,0), that would be one solution. No 

2. To draw a line with no solutions just don't have that line touch the other. To write the equation, use y=mx+b. m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
