Given that all the angles are the same, the triangle has to be equilateral, hence all the sides are the same.
You only need to use two sides:
5x - 22 = 4x - 10
So 5x - 4x = -10 + 22
x = 12
You can double check this by inputing 12 into all the sides
5(12) - 22 = 4(12) - 10 = 3(12) + 2
60 - 22 = 48 - 10 = 36 + 2
38 = 38 = 38
So x = 12
