3/5 and 6/8 put yes or no

If your trying to find the ratio of them than no. The ratio is if the top of one number goes into the other fractions top number and same for the bottom. So 3/5 and 6/8. 3 goes into 6 2 times. 5 goes into 8 0 times. So the answer is no.
