Now coming back to the problem.

The number of humming birds that 1 ounce feeder can feed = (80/16) * 1
                                                                                                 = 5 * 1
                                                                                                 = 5 birds
Then
The number of humming birds that a 12 ounce feeder can feed = (12 * 5) birds
                                                                                                       = 60 birds
So a 12 ounce feeder can feed 60 humming birds.
