Ihave done a math equation for school and i forgot if i could leave a inproper fraction as my answer or if its a fraction i can reduce should i or should i not

Hey Good Morning it really depend's on what your teacher want if you want's if she/he says to leave it improper than you should but if he/she says to make it in to a whole than you would. So say your improper fraction  is 11/5  then your proper fraction would be 2 and 1/5
