First, and very important, u have to put ur numbers in order

the median is the middle numberand if u have an odd number of numbers, it is easy to find...but when u have an even number of numbers...like this problem has 12 numbers, there will be 2 middle numbersu take those 2 middle numbers and divide by 2 to get the median.
