If cup 1 has no water in it and cup 2 has water in it (amount not given), and i say "cup 2 has 100% more water than cup one", am i saying the specific amount of water in cup 2 or am i just saying that cup 2 has more water than cup one? another way to think about it is, "cup 1 has no water, cup 2 has 100% more water than cup 1. can i figure out how much water is in cup 2? "
