How to determine if an ordered pair is a solution

Plug in the point and if the point gives 2 true statements for each equation, then it is a solution.  Plugging in (-3,6) does not create a true statement for the second equation, so it is not a solution.

The point (3,2) works for both equations, so it is a solution.

There is no graph but what i can say is that 1 is the slope and that -2 is the y- intercept
