Mode refers to the number that is most repeated. In this case that is 5, because it appears the most in the sequence you provided. 2, 3, and 4 only appeared once while 5 appeared three times. One way to remember this is that mode and most almost rhyme! The MODE would be the number that appears the MOST.

Median is just another word for average. This means the sum of all the numbers divided by the amount of numbers. In this case, the sum of all the numbers is 24 (2 + 5 + 5 + 3 + 4 + 5). The amount of numbers in this sequence is 6. Therefore you would divide 24 by 6 to get 4.
