First off write the midpoint which will equal off as 7-2/2 , 9+5/2 =(.  2,7) ( :fyi the vertical lines are meant to be fractions)

Ok so after finding the midpoint then do this equation to get the perpendicular slope which is 9-5/7-(-3) = 4/4 =(1). But then after flip the one to a (-1 ) which the( -1 )would become Perpendicular slope. Now plug in with (2,7 ) midpoint as your y and x access. We then also plug in with (-1) as your slope with formula of y=mx+b the y= the intercept and the m is the slope. Now plug in the midpoint of 2,7 like 7= (-1) < the Perpendicular slope ( 2) +b so. 7= -1 ( 2) +b  then multiply down to get 7= -2+ b. After that you find the b by subtraction to get 5=b.
