diameter=√884 units
r=√884/2  units

step 2
find the midpoint AB
Mx=(13-15)/2> -1
My=(9-1)/2> 4
the center of the circle is (-1,4)

find the equation of a circle
(x-h)²+(y-k)²=r²> (x+1)²+(y-4)²=(√884/2)²
(x+1)²+(y-4)²=221
