Can anyone me answer these two grade 8 math questions? i have screen shots of them below.

Let's find the slope. From one point to another, we are going up 1 and over 2, so the slope is 1/2 or 0.5. This function's y intercept (or where the function hits the y axis) is 2, so the equation is y = 0.5x + 2.

Check it out; the speed is decreasing! As you can see, the value of the speed literally plummets as the time passes. (Car probably got stuck in traffic lol) The answer here is B.
