You will now put your new knowledge to work in a case study. Pretend you are an audiologist, and you see a new patient who works as a concert promoter. He is complaining of hearing loss. Write a case study that includes the following components:

a description of how the patient approaches you, being sure to cover the role of different healthcare workers with whom he might have come into contact and samples of teamwork or collaboration between different health care roles;
how you assess him, including research and explanation of one or two of the tests above;
how you record the assessment;
your explanation of his problem, using both medical terminology and simpler language that he will understand;
your explanation of treatment or support options and their goals, based on research (which can be very simple, with no need to make an actual diagnosis, but rather explain a situation or behavior that he should stop doing);
a concern or issue that the patient has other than his diagnosis, for example, if the diagnosis does not fit his lifestyle, etc., and how you would communicate with him about his concern; and
an ethical or legal situation that arises from this case, and how you handled it.
This case study should result in a formal paper of no less than 750 words.
The assignment should take approximately three hours.
All your resources should be properly cited.
