Please help my fish is still alive and breathing but it can’t swim :(. What do I do

have u thought to put it in clean water or a bigger bowl. I'm not an expert but the container is to small and the fish needs way more room to swim, otherwise it can't do that.

have a fish friend and make a big glass pond for it
