Creating an indoor Isolation enviroment with plastic dropcloths and duct tape. Depending on their care level moving them to an outdoor “Tent" room. Limit staff access wherever they are.

All over the U.S. TB patients were cared for on screened in porchs at special TB Sanatoriums Even in the dead of winter. So that might be an longer term option. But N-95 masks on patient and N-95 Mask and eye protection and gown and gloves wherever they are.

By far, this is far from a perfect solution, especially if they need ICU or Acute level care.
