What effect would a current of greater than 0.2 amp have on your body?

An effect of a current greater than 0.2 amp of your body would slow down the blood flow in your body as well as give you irregular heart beat, which if not treated in time will cause a heart attack.

light for example is a particle more precisely a photon a part of leptons.
