The conditions are :

■ If any object already moving with a uniform speed along a straight line.

■ Magnitude of velocity and direction of motion should not be altered.

■ There should be no friction between the object and the ground.

■ Air resistance must be zero.

If any four of the conditions is not fulfilled the answer will be 'No'. The reason is that external unbalanced force is needed for initiating the motion and also for the change in its velocity.
