Newton's laws pertained to the study of objects based on the concepts of gravity. Forces between the planetary bodies were give by the universal law of gravitation of Newton.

Kepler's 3 laws defined the orbits of the planets, and also a way to relate their orbital radius to their time periods and the velocity law. According to the law of speed, if a planet is close to the Sun it will move faster and if it is farther away from the sun, it slows down and will have lesser speed.

According to Newton's gravitational law , a planet that is closer to the sun experiences a greater force or gravitational pull and vice versa.

as sunlight enters the earth's atmosphere, blue light is scattered away and at the end of its journey in the sky, only red and orange wavelengths remain in the beam.

hence at sunrise and sunset, the sky appears reddish orange.
