Given that the flux of solar radiation incident at the earth (toa) is 1360 wm-2, use the solid angle subtended by the sun as viewed from earth (0.68 steradians) to calculate the intensity of the solar radiation. knowing that the intensity of radiation does not change with distance after it is emitted by the sun, use the intensity value that you just calculated to calculate an emitting temperature that the sun would have to be at in order to radiate energy having this intensity if it were a blackbody. recall that blackbody radiation is isotropic!
