 The sun is a star in the milky way galaxy and the sun has eight planets and large number of asteroids and comets that are revolving around them in a path. On the other hand, the moon are revolving around the planets. The composition of the star are absolutely different from the planets and there are lots of star but the sun is the closest to the earth.
