After your time at nasa and due to your freshly acquired aversion to hurricanes you decide that it is time for a more "earthly" career while substituting hurricanes with earthquakes and cozy wild fires; you join the air force's test center based at edwards afb in california-north of los angeles and roughly halfway between bakersfield and barstow.
by the way, should you ever drive through barstow on your way to las vegas, stop at the mad greek restaurant which used to be my and my friends go-to stop before hitting the mohave desert.
your first mission is to devise an on-ground looping-test setup in which a model f-16 airplane of m 9,100kg is first vertically lifted up to a track at height h from which it is released and "rolling" down an incline before entering a looping with a radius of r 30m.

(note: the looping is installed at the ground.)

a) make a sketch of the setup!

b) at what height h do we (at least) need to start the test such that the airplane does complete the looping without falling off the track?

c) given this height h, what work w does our lift perform to lift the airplane up in the first place?

d) your commanding officer wants the job done quickly and commands you to lift airplanes up within t 0.5min. what mechanical power is required to achieve that?

hint: if you did not derive a numerical value for h, you can still get lots of points by writing down the equations in symbolic form.
