Find out and write down the definitions of size, mass, density, volume and albedo of an object. Come up with the examples of things in our day to day life to distinguish between mass, density and size.

Size refers to the dimension, body, thickness, measure, or thickness of something. The concept is linked to how small or large a physical object is. Example: A large dog.

Mass  is the measure that indicates the amount of matter that a body has.

Example:  An astronaut suit has a mass of 130 Kg.

Density is a scalar magnitude that allows us to measure the amount of mass in a given volume of a substance.

Example: a key is denser than a cork.

Volume  it can be defined as the extension of an object in its three dimensions, that is, taking into account its length, width and height.

Example:  the capacity of a glass of water.

Albedo  is the percentage of radiation that any surface reflects with respect to the radiation that hits it.

Example: the whiteness of the north pole

An example to differentiate between mass, density and size is when looking at a ping pong ball. We note that it has a mass of 50 grams, distributed in a small circular shape (size) and whose density is low because it has little mass distributed in a small volume (density)
