HERE IS THE ANSWER:
I hate doing projects and you probably do to so i figured my work might be useful for someone else :))
Balloons and static electricity
1. When the balloon was rubbed on the sweater it collected the sweaters electrons leaving the sweater with only cations. When the balloon was moved close to the wall, the electrons in the wall repelled the electrons in the balloon which caused there to be only cations in the spot the balloon was.
2. When two balloons were rubbed on the sweater, they collected even amounts of electrons. The electrons in both balloons were attracted to the protons in both the sweater and the wall. The negatively charged balloons repelled each other because like charges repel.

John Travoltage
1. Nothing happened when John Travoltage touched the door knob without rubbing his foot on the carpet.
2. When John Travoltage touched the door knob after rubbing his foot on the carpet he was electrically shocked because the negative charged anions that filled his body caused by the friction of rubbing his foot on the carpet.
3. When John Travoltage moved his finger farther away from the door knob the anions filled his body and stared in his body.

Drawing Conclusions
1. The balloons reacted the way they did due to static electricity. Like charges repel one another so when the negatively charges balloons were put together they repelled one another. Opposite charges attract so when the negatively charged ballon was put on the positively charged sweater, they stuck together. Positive and negatively charged atoms attract neutral atoms such as the atoms in the wall, this is why the negatively charged atoms in the balloon was attracted to the wall.
2. When John Travolages finger was far from the door knob, there would be no shock because there wasn’t anything for the anions to flow through. When his finger was close to the door knob, the anions could flow through the door kno which has a neutral charge so it was attracted to it.
3. Dust is a mixture of different things, that is the reason that can posses charge.
