The uniform rectangular panel of mass m = 19.6 kg is moving to the right when wheel B drops off the horizontal support rail. Determine the resulting angular acceleration and the force in the strap at A immediately after wheel B rolls off the rail. Neglect friction and the mass of the small straps and wheels. The angular acceleration is positive if counterclockwise, negative if clockwise. The force in the strap is positive if in tension, negative if in compression. The distances are b = 635 mm and h = 275 mm.
