You are making ice cream in an ice cream maker. You place your liquid ice cream ingredients in the inner container of the ice cream maker and piace a mixture of ice cubes and rock salt in the outer container which
surrounds the inner container. The ice cream ingredients never mix with the rock salt/ice mixture. As the inner container rotates, the ice cream in_redients gradually change from a liquid mixture to solid ice cream.
