A golfer putts on the 18th green at a distance of 5.0 m from the hole. The ball rolls straight, in a positive direction, but overshoots the hole by 1.2 m. The golfer then putts back to the hole and sinks the putt for par. What is the distance traveled by the ball? What is the displacement of the ball?
