After reading the following scenario, write a one page essay describing how and what affected your mental, physical, emotional, and social health. Last night you stayed awake until 3A. M. playing video games. You woke up late and had to skip breakfast or you would have missed the bus. The bus broke down and arrived at school just as the bell rang so you could not even grab some breakfast there. As you are sitting in your 1st block class English class you realize you had not written your 2 page paper which is due today or studied for your history test which you have 2nd block. At lunch your friends reminds you of the test you have to make-up in 3rd block which you did not study for either. You stop eating lunch and start studying as you need a good grade on this test. After school you are thinking about the big basketball game you have tonight against your rival school. As the game starts, you can’t seem to make a shot and can’t seem to get yourself going. You are not as focused as usual, your legs are tired and everyone seems to be yelling at you. The game ends and your team lost by 2 points. You had a chance to tie the game at the end but missed the easy shot. You blame yourself and do not want to be around your teammates.
