In order to increase participation in activities, it's important to be patient and take time to listen. There should be undivided attention.

Encourage friendships by identifying the residents that have identical character traits and personalities. One can also initiate a volunteers program. They can assist by supervising groups and leading discussion groups.

There should be a promotion of exercise. Residents should be aware of the benefits of exercise for their minds and body. There should also be regular meetings for special interest groups.

I agree to increase my participation in active recreational activities particularly jumping and running for 5 days per week. I will begin my program next month and plan to reach my final goal by entering SPORTS.
