Why does saturn exert more gravitational force than mars ?

Mercury is the smallest planet, but its surface gravity is about the same as that of the larger Mars, because Mercury is denser. As such, Saturn is much larger than Earth, but not very dense, so the gravity on Saturn is roughly the same as on Earth. Mars: 0.38 G. Jupiter: 2.53 grams.

this is a good question! i'll do some research and come back when i have the answer!

as we probably am aware that our atmosphere or air have various levels, each level has different gasses, and each gas has another porousness. at the point when the light originates from lower porousness to higher penetrability, it alters its course. with the goal that implies that when the light originates from the moon to the earth, it alters it's course a lot more occasions. it essentially implies that the state of the light piece of the moon is changed on the earth.
