PLEASE HELP! A Cadillac Escalade car and a Mini Cooper car are both making a sharp right turn. The Escalade is four times more massive than the Mini Cooper. If both cars make the turn with the same constant speed, how do the centripetal forces acting on the two cars compare? Hint: use the Fc equation to consider how increasing the mass will affect the force.
The centripetal force cannot be determined without more information.
The centripetal force on the Mini Cooper is four times greater than that of the Cadillac Escalade.
The centripetal force on the Cadillac Escalade is four times greater than that of the Mini Cooper.
The centripetal force is the same for both cars.

Consider an ordinary, helium-filled party balloon with a volume of 2.2 ft3. the lifting force on the balloon due to the outside air is the net resultant of the pressure distribution exerted on the exterior surface of the balloon. using this fact, we can derive archimedes’ principle, namely that the upward force on the balloon is equal to the weight of the air displaced by the balloon. assuming that the balloon is at sea level, where the air density is 0.002377 slug/ft3, calculate the maximum weight that can be lifted by the balloon. note: the molecular weight of air is 28.8 and that of helium is 4.

Consider a uniformly charged ring in the xy plane, centered at the origin. the ring has radius a and positive charge qdistributed evenly along its circumference. a)what is the direction of the electric field at any point on the z axis? . b)what is the magnitude of the electric field along the positive z axis? use k in your answer, where k=14πϵ0. d)the ball will oscillate along the z axis between z=d and z=−d in simple harmonic motion. what will be the angular frequency ω of these oscillations? use the approximation d≪a to simplify your calculation; that is, assume that d2+a2≈a2. express your answer in terms of given charges, dimensions, and constants
