Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Rod Stewart and Dolly Parton have decided to entertain themselves by playing a game of MONOPOLY. Before rolling the dice, they decide to split the eight monopolies (purple, light blue, pink, orange, red, yellow, green, dark blue) among themselves by randomly spinning a spinner with their names on it. Distributions do not have to be even or fair. 1. How many unique distributions are possible?
2. In how many of those distributions, does Dolly Parton start the game with more monopolies than Rod Stewart?
